Kosher tank wash facilities
A kosher certification agency can certify a truck wash when it is set up so that non-kosher taste can't pass from one truck to the next, for example through reused wash water. A kosher truck must use a certified wash station, and water left from the final rinse of a non-kosher truck may not be reused to wash it. Agencies that certify tank washes include cRc, OU Kosher, OK Kosher, STAR-K and the Scroll K.
